Lottie empowers your on-camera Confidence, Credibility and Charisma, so you can learn what works on camera for you and also discover what not to do, so your viewers do what you want them to!

She is also a professional Confidence on Camera speaker, sharing her knowledge and skills with networking and business groups through public speaking, media appearances and virtual summits. She is the 2015–16 President of the Professional Speaking Association UK&I, Ireland branch and has been a schools motivational speaker in Australia and Asia as the queen of Presenting with Impact.

The coaching and training techniques she shares have been developed over 20 years while playing many different roles – from a professionally trained actor, to a TV presenter and TV creator, to a corporate trainer; from corporate employee, to running her own businesses. She is also a qualified DiSC Personality Profile trainer and alongside her ‘proper’ training qualifications, online marketing diploma and scuba diving instructor skills, has been a self-taught TV presenter trainer, kids’ drama coach, Asian English instructor, Johnnie Walker brand ambassador and professional sailing crew member in various places around the world. So diversity, fun and having a go are key to how Lottie helps you learn to Press Play with your Confidence on Camera!

On her move to Ireland in 2004, Lottie started training and speaking in Dublin with the Professional Speaking Association, but with no network, fell into full-time work with the Coca-Cola marketing team. There she learned that what the theatrical and television worlds had taught her about marketing was how big business did it too – score! Plus they gave her the chance to learn all about online marketing. On opting for redundancy, Lottie completed her Irish training qualifications before setting up Press Play Presentations and, as The Video Coach and online presenter trainer, she was one of the first on the ground, helping SMEs and corporates to present better on camera – for online video, video interviews and video conferences. She was also a one-stop shop for learning how to make and post DIY social media videos that make an impact on your viewer.

Since taking an extended break for bowel cancer treatment, Lottie has come back re-inspired and is now launching her book and building an online presenter community at Confidence On Camera.
